Established in 2011, Gild Creative Group is a boutique brand management consulting firm that delivers cultural currency across all client business through music, social, partnership, and brand strategy.  The team is comprised of best in class designers, coordinators, strategists and analysts to deliver on client needs. We embrace diversity in thought, experience and skill set for working creatively and efficiently. Collectively, our experiences come from the music & advertising industries. We are engrained in culture. It’s our life force. We are connected & we like to connect.  We want to cultivate ideation, creation and culture stories that can be shared and measured. We are nimble and resourceful-- best fit to serve organizations that need engagement strategists & hustlers that “get it” and get it done.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER:

Tiffany Hardin spent the earlier part of her career in the music business working at Hustle Period/G.O.O.D Music, Violator Management and Monami Entertainment. She was privileged to work on artists such as, Kanye West, GLC, Consequence, Busta Rhymes and Missy Elliott by working for John Monopoly and Mona Scott-Young, respectively. Approached by an industry colleague to apply for a position for Steve Stoute's agency, Translation, she transitioned to work in advertising. Quickly rising through the ranks, and building a reliable reputation,  she eventually landed a role as a partnerships manager developing influencer strategies & activations for Fortune 500 brands connecting their brand messaging with talent such as Kendrick Lamar, Theophilus London,Kelly Rowland, Vashtie Kola, Tristan Wilds and more.

Following her five year tenure at Translation, Tiffany developed her company, Gild Creative Group, a consultation firm providing cultural engagement activation strategies for brands and advertisers. 

GCG continues to provide thought leadership and strategic insight for marketers by empowering industry insiders and talent to co-create and co-author narratives that shift culture and propel it forward.

Hardin also served on the boards of ADCOLORLive in The Grey and Music Unites. She is also an adjunct professor at NYU- Clive Davis School of Recorded Music.
